Instructions for New Online Banking Login
If you have not logged into our new online banking yet, please follow the below instructions:
Login ID: is your Previous Login ID
Security Code: The last 4 of the primary member's SSN
Things to know:
You will need to reset any automatic payments you currently have scheduled

On the homepage, scroll down below your “Recent Transactions”
Click on the button that says “See My Report”

How can I change the names on my accounts?
Click on the “Settings” button in the top right corner
Click on the “Accounts button”, then select “Account Preferences”
Then, click edit and make the changes to the name of each account you would like
When you are finished, be sure to click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page!
How do I see pending ACH, Debit Card, or Direct Deposit Transactions?
Click on the account that the pending transaction you are looking for is happening in (typically your checking account)
Then, scroll just below the “Transaction Details” box and you will see a clickable sentence that says “Load Pending Transactions”.
Click this to view any transactions that may currently be pending
Why can’t I see accounts I use to be able to see?
After the change, more detailed security perameters were established to keep member information safe. If you are unable to see an account that you previously had access to, please contact our office at (248) 588-6688 so we can assist you with this matter.
5th Annual Basic Necessities Drive
T&I Credit Union is hosting it’s 5th annual basic necessities drive for the Community Housing Network of Troy and we need your help to make this the biggest year yet! Last year, we donated 1,192 items to the community housing network and we are looking to blow that record out of the water this year!
How Do I Donate?
